Close Asurvio Shield

Save any work, close the Asurvio Shield application, and close browser windows if you plan to remove a Asurvio Shield browser extension.

Remove the Windows application

Open Windows Settings, go to Apps / Installed apps, locate Asurvio Shield, choose Uninstall, and follow the Windows prompts until removal is complete.

Remove browser extensions separately

If a Asurvio Shield extension is installed in a browser, open that browser’s Extensions or Manage Extensions page, locate Asurvio Shield, and choose Remove. Repeat for each browser where it is installed.

Restart if prompted

Restart the browser or computer if the uninstall process asks you to. This helps ensure the removed component is no longer running.

Uninstalling does not automatically cancel a paid subscription. To stop future renewal, use the cancellation flow before or after removing the software. You will keep protection through the end of your current billing period and will not be charged again after cancellation.

User Conduct

Intellectual Property & Privacy
